Check out our First Grade Students last week! They completed a Candy Pumpkin Science Experiment to see what would happen to the candy pumpkins when put into different liquids. Our kindergarten and first grade students became musical detectives in music class last week! The students worked with a partner to "investigate" the correct way to play each instrument around the room. They learned how to take care of the instruments around the room and the sounds they make!

The After-School Enrichment Program partnered with student teams to design and create homemade products for "Market Day". Students were challenged to develop their products using primarily craft materials while managing a limited budget of $20. As part of the project, each team was required to purchase at least one item from each of five designated stores. Through thoughtful planning, creativity, and teamwork, students produced a variety of unique items such as squishies, kaleidoscopes, paper fans, and more. This engaging activity provided students with a fun, hands-on opportunity to explore entrepreneurship and learn valuable lessons about budgeting, creativity, and making money.

We are starting our Canned Food Drive on Monday, November 3rd!
