Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Enrollment Process

Wakulla County Schools has a limited number of seats available for VPK and they are filled on a first come, first served basis.

Applicants are placed on a waitlist once the allotted slots have been filled.

  • Two proofs of residency: View accepted residency documents
    Please note: one proof of residency must be a lease or mortgage

  • Child’s birth certificate

  • Proof of general immunization requirements through the DH680 form (DOE Code 1)

  • Proof of a physical examination by Florida licensed health care professional (Less than one (1) year old, on Florida School Health Form)

  • VPK Certificate

  • Be sure to include a valid email address in your profile so we can securely send you documents and important updates about your child.

  • Already have children enrolled? You can simply add your new child to your existing FOCUS account.

  • Upload all required documents listed in STEP 1 within the online application in the registered Focus Parent Portal account.
