An exceptional student as defined in Rules 6A-6.03011 through 6A-6.03031, FAC, includes any exceptional child or youth enrolled in or eligible for enrollment in an educational program operated by the Department either directly or through grants or contractual agreement, pursuant to Section 230.23(4)(n), Florida Statutes.

The Parent Support Ticket is your opportunity to submit a parent concern, complaint, or issue that you have requested help for at your school, but it has not been addressed or you feel you need further support from the district to resolve the issue. You may also use this ticketing system to ask general questions and/or request resources to help support your child. 

The Wakulla County Schools ESE team will reach out to the school to address your specific concerns and collaborate with departments within WCSD to resolve the concern, complaint, or issue that is taking place. Data collected from this site will be used to drive professional development and technical assistance needs.
