War Eagle Families,
Please take a few minutes to review this week’s Wakulla High Newsletter for student reminders, upcoming events and important dates.
This week, our focus is attendance. Students are reminded of the 90% attendance requirement and encouraged to monitor their attendance in Focus. With Homecoming just around the corner, now is the time to stay on track with attendance, grades and behavior so students remain eligible to participate. Review the 90% Policy in the WHS Handbook: https://aptg.co/YNnzdD.
The newsletter also includes this week’s athletics, activities and upcoming deadlines.
Dates and times are subject to change. View the complete WHS Events Calendar at: https://whs.wakullaschooldistrict.org/o/whs/events

Our senior football players made their Friday morning stop at Riversink Elementary today, and the excitement was palpable from the minute they arrived! 🦦🦅
There were high fives at the buses, smiles in the car line and plenty of little Otters VERY excited to see the big kids waiting for them.
That’s what makes these Friday mornings so special. Our schools are connected, and these little Otters are growing up cheering for the same hometown team and watching the War Eagles they may one day become.
One community. One awesome Friday morning. Go War Eagles!

WHAT’S NEXT, WAR EAGLES?
Wakulla High juniors and seniors took an important step toward answering that question during today’s College Fair!
Representatives from 45 colleges joined us, giving students the opportunity to explore programs, compare options, ask questions and begin picturing life after high school.
Whether their next step leads to a college campus, technical program, career or another pathway, experiences like today’s fair help our students make informed decisions about their futures.
Tomorrow’s graduate is preparing today.
