Wakulla High School senior Vanessa Forman has been named a 2025 Biletnikoff Foundation Scholarship recipient, an honor recognizing North Florida’s most promising high school seniors.
The Biletnikoff Foundation, in partnership with the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, awarded 35 scholarships this year to students across 10 North Florida counties. Since its inception in 1999, the Biletnikoff Award Scholarship has been presented to more than 335 students and is named in honor of Tracey Biletnikoff, the late daughter of NFL Hall of Famer and Florida State University legend Fred Biletnikoff and his wife Angela. These highly competitive scholarships are awarded to students who have demonstrated outstanding academic success, character, and leadership, as well as the ability to overcome personal or environmental challenges.
Vanessa, the daughter of Mark and Victoria Forman, is a bright light on campus—respected for her strong work ethic, compassion, and commitment to excellence both in and out of the classroom. Her recognition by the Biletnikoff Foundation reflects not only her academic achievements, but also the heart and integrity she brings to everything she does.
The Biletnikoff Foundation and its trustees, along with numerous sponsors and community leaders, continue to support students like Vanessa by helping them pursue higher education at colleges and vocational institutions throughout the region.
Wakulla High School has not had a Biletnikoff Scholarship recipient since 2017. We are incredibly proud to celebrate Vanessa Forman for earning this meaningful recognition. Her success is not only a personal victory, but also a source of pride for the entire War Eagle Family.
