Following analyses of the current addresses of enrolled Crawfordville Elementary School (CES) students and their respective bus routes, it is the recommendation of the Superintendent to adjust school enrollment boundaries beginning with the 2026–2027 school year.

Addresses east of U.S. Highway 319 and south of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Road will be reassigned from Crawfordville Elementary School (CES) to Medart Elementary School (MES).

Parents and guardians at these addresses wishing to have their student remain at CES must complete the Wakulla County School District Out-of-Zone Application via Focus Parent Portal by the deadline and provide their own transportation to CES.  Deadline to apply is March 14, 2026.

The out-of-zone application must be completed in the Focus Parent Portal. Only the parent or guardian listed as #1 in Focus may submit the application. A separate application must be completed for each student.  Application deadline is March 14, 2026.

Steps for Accessing Available Applications and Forms in the Focus Parent Portal

Current out-of-zone students, and newly designated out-of-zone students, will have their request evaluated in accordance with the Board’s currently adopted plan.
