School Registration

Student Registration Packet
Please complete the Annual Student Update Application for your returning student through your Focus Parent Portal.  If you are unable to complete this online please use the following 2021-2022 School Registration Packet.
Whether your student is enrolling in a brick and mortar school or in one of the Virtual programs, you and your student will need to fill out the following:

The School District has started a new on-line registration for 21/22 school year.

Unfortunately, WEC and  Medart PreK  aren’t available to participate at this time for the 21/22 school year.  This does include those students that are going to Kindergarten next year.
To register your new student in Wakulla County please complete an online application by clicking on the link below.  If you are unable to complete the application online you can complete the 2021-2022 School Registration Packet (

The following are required for enrollment:
  •  Birth Certificate
  •  Two proofs of residency (with at least one in the parent/legal guardian's name); utility bill or hookup order , lease or rental agreement, mortgage agreement, income tax form or homestead exemption
  •  Immunization records
  •  A copy of a physical The physical MUST have been given within a year (12 months) prior to the DAY the student is enrolled .

If your student was previously a Wakulla County Student and is now returning to our district from another county please complete the 2021-2022 school registration packet and turn it into your zoned school.  The online application is not available at this time for returning students.

Economic Security Report of Employment and Earning Incomes
Section 1002.20(24), Florida Statutes, requires each middle school and high school student or the student’s parent be provided a two-page summary of the Department of Economic Opportunity’s economic security report of employment and earning outcomes. This must be done annually prior to registration and electronic access to the full report must also accompany the summary. The following links are to the summary and full economic security report.
