WAKULLA MIDDLE SCHOOL
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH EDUCATION CURRICULUM
Instructor: Deborah Randle
Health and Physical Education M.Ed.
Quality Comprehensive Health programs help students to value health and
make
healthy personal choices. The key to quality comprehensive health
is
creativity. Interactive curriculum transforms a simple lesson
into
a memorable learning adventure and a classroom into an exciting
learning
environment.
Research shows that students who practice life skills early in life are
better
able to make independent personal choices when faced with peer
pressure,
temptation, and life experiences. Therefore, it is essential that
we
empower students to build skills that promote healthy personal choices.
